Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use Word Loop.
1. Acceptance
By using Word Loop (com.studio.eztnwordloopv1) you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. How personal data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
2. Account
- You can play as a guest or sign in with Google; when you sign in with Google, your guest progress moves to the new account. Sign-in with Apple is not available yet.
- Protecting your account and the session on your device is your responsibility.
- This version starts from zero; progress from the earlier version does not carry over.
- You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time: account deletion.
3. Fair play
- The server decides the result of online matches; a result reported by the client does not count on its own.
- Cheating, submitting repeated results or events, tampering with the device clock, using unauthorised tools or a modified client, and abusing the game are forbidden.
- Unverified offline results do not pass directly into rankings or premium balances.
- In a ranked match, leaving on purpose counts as a loss; short connection drops are tolerated.
- If we suspect cheating or abuse, we may invalidate the affected results and suspend the account.
4. Player name and conduct
Avoid player names and behaviour that harass or mislead others or are unlawful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and conduct or to restrict the account. Free chat is not available in the app at the moment.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Boosts are in-game tools and cannot be converted to cash. The current version of the app has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added, they will go through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iOS, and entitlements will be delivered after server-side verification; the relevant terms will then be published on this page.
6. Brand and content
The Word Loop name, logo and characters are part of the game. Do not use them in a way that suggests an affiliation with ZTN Suite.
7. Availability
We try to keep the game running but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, modes and rules may change over time. Online modes need an internet connection.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and the date above changes.
